The ease of use is great. I am not an IT professional but have used this product with our local IT department and they love it! I like that this drive is a portable drive, I use it in my car with my music player and it fits in my pocket when I'm on the subway. I also like that it's not too fast, it's fast enough for what I need. It has a good price, I can't complain about that. We have been using this product for several years now with little issues to report, but when recently our backup solution started hanging, causing problems during production as well. After an update they released new firmware (4) and that solved it!
