I like how everything is automated and seamless. There is nothing to dislike. I do like that it is easy to make changes and adapt to your needs. I didn't really use all the features but I did like the ability to create groups and have multiple interviewers. I think it is a great platform for hiring and recruiting. I definitely recommend this. I like that it's free, easy to use & navigate through! It makes my job so much easier as an interviewer (and applicant) since all communication goes directly from me towards candidates via this platform instead of going back-and forth with emails or phone calls. There are some minor glitches in terms of how certain questions/interviews go but nothing too major at present time - just hoping they get updated soon for sure though.
