Easy setup, great user interface & good customer service

The platform allows you to configure devices very easy compared with other solutions in our price range. The product helps for any project we implement with many different options available. Not much! Some time ago I had problems when uploading an application to my home thermostat but now it solved automatically by the support team. We use this solution at work because of the integration of all products within one environment (building etc). I like how easy it was for me to get up and running…

Zoho Creator is an incredible tool that will make anyone and everyones lives much more efficient

I like how easy it was for me to get up-and running with this platform! The customer support team has been extremely helpful in getting things set up correctly from day 1 of our trial period - they were always available via email or phone when we needed assistance during setup/configuration phases. IoTConnect - Excellent support & flexibility

ITC has an amazing team of developers who understand how to make things work well for your business needs. They have also been very flexible in working with my organization's requirements and budget. It took some time before we saw any value from it but once they got us setup, our IT department was able to get up and running pretty quickly.
