Robust yet simple project management software

I like that it allows us to manage our workflows from start-to finish while being able to track progress along with all of its relevant metrics for each task/project in order to monitor performance throughout. It's also very easy to use once you've gotten used how everything works! The only thing about this program we don't love so much are some minor inconsistencies between tasks within one workflow or across multiple ones. If your looking into PPCM then make sure they offer training because…

Pros
  • This tool really helps streamline processes internally no need anymore running around trying keep everybody up too date..now
Cons
  • It is hard to say

An affordable alternative which is easy and quick

I like that it allows me to see all of my tasks in one place - no more jumping between different programs/softwares just for this purpose! It's not as user friendly compared with other softs such has MS Project or Excel but once you get used to how everything works then its ok-ish!! You can't copy paste from excel into your task list so have lots saved up if needed because some things are quite time consuming when doing them by hand especially during busy times etc. The best thing about using…

Pros
  • Easy way todo most admin work without needing extra manpower..or expensive software.etc (for example we recently moved 2,000+ tickets across an entire year onto IPANEL)
Cons
  • Not great UI design wise which could make life easier

Great Project Management Tool!: iPlanWare

iPlanWare is a great tool for tracking and managing projects. The ability to track progress, and the ability to see the status of a project at a glance is a great feature. The interface is very easy to use, and the support team is very helpful. The tool is very easy to use, and is very effective. There is nothing I dislike about iPlanWare. I have used other project management tools in the past, but iPlanWare is by far the best. I have used iPlanWare for managing projects. I have used it to…

Pros
  • Ability To Track Progress
  • Easy Of Use
  • Support Team Is Helpful And Friendly! :)

Easy to use interface for both users with experience as well those newbies who have no prior knowledge of this product at all! Very helpful in managing multiple tasks from one place; it's very easy navigating through each page or task that needs attention/actioned upon.- Not much - but what I've used so far has been good enough- Great tool if you are looking out something like Project Management tools where your employees can access different things without having any problem regarding how they

Pros
  • How easily we could create Tasks, assign them accordingly , track our progress (with due dates), share updates among team members using mobile app which is really great feature :)
Cons
  • All fine

The interface of this product was very intuitive for me to use as I am not familiar with any other Ppm tool in particular or PM tools period! It has been easy using all aspects from scheduling tasks/activities through managing submittals & change orders along wtih tracking progress against milestones. There are no downsides that we have experienced so far but would love it if they could improve upon some areas such as adding more templates within certain departments like electrical design etc.,

Pros
  • also able view pending changes vs completed items which helps alot when submitting paperwork at project close out stages..also allowing everyone complete visibility into what their role may include (ease)
Cons
  • There are nuances
