Irisys Queue Management Review

The best thing I like about this software is that it is integrated with my website, so I can easily manage my queue from there. It also has an in-built system for sending emails to customers who are at the back of the line. I like how easy it was for me as an employee to access my orders in real time, without having to go into our system manually! It's very helpful that we can see where things are falling short so they don't get lost or forgotten. The only thing I dislike is sometimes when you have multiple items checked out at once there might be 2 different queues one with just your order (which makes sense) but then also another queue if someone else has their hand up too which seems unnecessary. The best part about Irisys is that, it is very easy to integrate with our Magento-based eCommerce website. It was also pretty quick in getting up and running. Nothing at all.
