I like that shipping companies and shippers can interact and be able to communicate with each other and with shippers. It has a wide variety of carriers and shipping options that cater to shippers. I like this program because it allows me to ship items with ease from my computer or mobile device using an app! It's very user friendly; everything can be done through their website as well so there isn't much learning curve when getting started. My only issue was that they had issues during one time period where shipments were not showing up in our account but after reaching out we received support immediately who resolved our problem instantly.
