Very happy overall experience setting-up and managing donors through Raiser Central

I love how easy it was for me as an admin user of our organization to set up all my donor accounts with their eRApplications! It's been such a time saver being able to have them come into this system rather than having to manually enter everything each year. The only thing about using their software that we dislike are some inconsistencies when adding new contacts or creating events - which has caused us issues at times but nothing too big. We really like that they offer multiple ways to…

Pros
  • When you first log in, after going through quick onboarding steps the layout is friendly & intuitive making finding things pretty simple compared other systems available out today!! Once logged back online later though..it can take awhile until getting around again becomes easier..there seems not always direct access where desired due its "side navigation" option vs traditional top bar menus...a problem others seem also experience? There should definitely b 2 options.top menu bars +
