Jinactus is a fast growing boutique Sales & Marketing Consultancy company. The company is headquartered in New Delhi, India where a team consisting of experienced – grey haired and young energetic professionals works together on various kinds of business problems from a variety of companies and create the solution for them to achieve their goals. We work with software product and software services companies and at most of the occasions we execute what we recommend and also make necessary tweaks to our strategy during the execution phase.

Very kind and efficient team members with great services

They are very helpful people who help you understand your needs so that they can provide appropriate solutions/services as per those requirements which helps us be more productive than before! I have not found anything bad about working there but sometimes it takes time when dealing directly through email or phone call because some things need clarification first (which may require talking over emails). But overall everything has been good till now :) Highly recommended if someone wants…

  • Great services, especially for their team to resolve issues quickly
  • Very friendly staffs with great attitude
  • Excellent support during installation process too.
  • Fast response even at odd hours like 3 AM in morning etc.They really care!!!
Cons
  • Some times taking long while responding via Email /phone calls
  • Not able respond fast enough due lack knowledge

Overall good experience with excellent Customer Service

I liked that they were very proactive about reaching out when there was an issue or question regarding my account setup/account management etc.. They always made themselves available via email as well if needed! Sometimes it would take awhile before someone responded but overall great service!! Not much really - just be patient sometimes you will get answers faster than expected :) Great customer support-friendly platform which allows me access anywhere anytime without needing internet…
