Kaffe Fassetts Pattern Library Creative Review

This book by Kaffe Fasset is very informative, very well written and packed with information. I just like to read a book. The patterns are wonderful and written in such a way that a beginner can quickly grasp knitting following the patterns. The photo is just great. This is a log book. I am very happy that I bought this book.

I hope you are not expecting templates. It's also a great guide to color combinations. However, due to its brevity, don't expect too much. If you don't like graphics, this isn't for you. He has good explanations of what he does best. This is really something for experienced knitters! Glad I bought it used and didn't pay full price.

The best thing about this book is that it's full of design samples. It's handy to have charts for colorful design work. With so many books full of real dress patterns, this book is full of design patterns that make it easy for a creative knitter to find a design and adapt it to any knitting project of their choice.
