Great incentive card

My 4 year old daughter gets a star for every 20 minutes she writes the alphabet with me! Five stars = small toy. While we love hearing stories about children from other planets who are intrinsically motivated to better themselves, we're still working for a mermaid here. Also, I teach elementary school kids, and smaller, more frequent rewards work better than rewards, which can be bigger but last longer. Especially for small children.

Good product! in office and school supplies

Bought 2 of these. Great as a potty training stimulus that I used for my youngest daughter. Also used for my eldest daughter to be a big girl for school. She cried in front of school and didn't want to leave. So that she doesn't cry every day before school, I gave her a star and at the end of the week she got something (play dough, kinetic sand, etc.). I highly recommend them! I used a dry erase marker to write on it and draw a photo of her award. Worked great and washes well. They are…

Great for reaching small goals

This little chart is great for helping your child reach small goals. My four-year-old daughter has been struggling with tantrums lately, so we commissioned this little chart to help change her behavior. There are five stars available so we run the MF chart and measure her good behavior/ability to calm down when she feels like throwing a tantrum. This is our first week using the chart, but she's already made tremendous progress in controlling her emotions. We plan to use it in summer and hope to
