Installation is simple and straightforward. Drill two holes, screw in the bracket, put the hook on the bracket and tighten the socket head screw underneath. The hook is suitable for both bathrobes and towels. The hook is a perfect match for Style Selections chrome cabinet hardware (P/N 59609) available from Lowe's.

This hook is exactly what I was looking for to hang my shower enclosure as I didn't want to hang it on the shower head. It was SUPER easy to install and strong enough to hold all of my shower essentials. The depth of the hook provided enough clearance for the cart to be hung flush with the shower tile, and the matte black finish matched the black cart I bought from Target perfectly. Zero negatives about this product, it's excellent!

the product itself is good, the instructions are terrible. If you want to use the glue method, there is no mention of how to properly use the glue that comes with the kit. This is in the photo of the items included, but there is no step for it. As a result, I abandoned the glue method in favor of the screw method. The photos for this were also incomplete and not clear, but at least I figured it out. If you need detailed instructions (or full instructions), maybe choose another product.

I haven't installed the hooks yet. But the workmanship looks pretty good. Not entirely sure my giant towel will stay in place, but it should. I noticed a lot of negative reviews complaining that not all fasteners were included. I think that's because these people didn't realize that the mount is attached to the hook itself during shipping. All you need to do is use an Allen key to unhook the bracket from the hook and you're done. Perhaps the carrier should make this more clear to buyers looking

First class fit and finish. I thought they looked better with our Delta Trinsic towel rails than with the Trinsic line of Hoinsic towels.
