Description of 🔧 Enhance Performance and Extend Lifespan: KiWAV Cable Lube Luber Lubricator for Motorcycle Scooter Bike

Hold and cover cable firmly by special rubber and two-screw tighten vise design. Injecting the lubricant fluid into the cable housing very easily. Just put the straw of the lubricant into the injection hole and press the lubricant after tighten up the two screws. Gently press and release the lubricant few times, the fluid will penetrate the whole cable and that will make the clutch action smoothly. The metal cable will rust if it is not lubed. So always lubricate metal cables on your regular maintenance. KiWAV cable lubricator is a must-have tool to keep your cable lubricated. Can efficiently apply lubricator to the cable.

Not suitable for motorcycles and weight training

It has a job and it doesn't. . It was either too big or too small. Grease only splashed between the rubber seams. I started lubricating the cables with my hand, dripping the lube onto the cable tube and slowly letting it soak in.

Works great - Toolkits

I've never used any of these before. I just installed a new clutch cable on my bike so I bought a can of white lithium grease, plugged this little thing in, wrapped it in a rag, pushed the button and in about 3 seconds it spat out the other end. HOORAY! Next we will tackle the cables for the mower. Very comfortable dandy.

Might be messy, but saves time

Okay, yes, it's a bit messy sometimes, but removing the brake and shifter cables for greasing is messy too, and let's face it, no one wants to recalibrate the whole system after of lubrication, this little gem allows chain lube to squirt through the cable housing without removing the clamp bolt, eliminating the need for major readjustment.

Absolutely Amazing Little Tool

Absolutely Amazing Little Tool. It takes a little practice to get it right (which means spritzing the lube on yourself a few times), but once you figure out how to make it work well, it will do just that. Very useful for lubricating cables which I think is a very important part of motorcycle maintenance. First of all, don't despair; You'll be splattering yourself with lube, but this little tool works great with a little tweaking and helps a lot. 5/5

Eh This tool works well.

Pretty much the same tool as the Motion Pro Oiler, just a few dollars cheaper. While this tool has made it a bit easier to lubricate the cables, it's definitely not without its downsides. When spraying, grease came out of the end of the tool so it didn't seal tight enough as expected. All in all still a very useful tool for maintaining your cables. I used it to lube the throttle and clutch cables on my 2005 CBR600RR.

Depends heavily on the condition of the cable!

Expect mixed reviews because you are: (a) trying to make an airtight connection between 2 "joints" that don't have an agreed specification (b) from 2 vendors that can't cooperate ( c ) on a device that was never intended to hold pressure. Amazing that it works at all. This is a pretty good option because it has 2 screws instead of 1. I've had good results with bike and motorcycle cables, but I needed to work on it. This is not the Zerk customization you are dealing with.

I'm glad it's there but wear gloves.

Damn what a mess. This thing absolutely works, I did the reverse throttle and clutch cable on my 2013 Versys (KLE650) really fast but I made a mess doing it because it would still leak. I suggest that you twist it as much as you can and don't let the end of the cable stick out more than you need to. It's graduated on the inside to get the best grip on the cable jacket, so it's nice. Another tip - cut the straw on your lube to about 3 inches so it's a lot easier to manage!

  • Functionality

Easy to use and works great

This device serves its purpose very well. The function is self-explanatory, no instructions are required. If you don't immediately understand their function, you may need to reconsider your decision to play the mechanic. The only feature I could see that I would have done differently is the size of the hole for the end of the cable, which could have been smaller for a better seal. This can easily be compensated for by holding the end of the cable against the hole during pressurization. I used…

Works as advertised. I've lubricated the clutch cable and speed cable with no problems. These cables had very different diameters. There will always be some leakage if you put pressure on it, but I was amazed at how little it leaked. I did a little research and settled on this price. I was a bit concerned by some of the negative reviews about cable pressure lube in general. I never used it before I had second thoughts. My concern was not in vain. My entry was a 2003 Honda Shadow VLX CD if…
