Good material, comfortable shoulder straps, convenient pockets with easy access for a laptop, bottle holder, USB charging, business casual.

Very good backpack for the money. Two suggestions.1. The bottom should be covered with the same material as the paneling on the front. This makes it easy to clean when it's on the floor and gets dirty. The zipper compartment on the strap should be 1 inch deeper (the zipper stays the same length) so that the items hidden inside (keys, cards) don't fall out when you fully unzip the zipper.

This backpack is very comfortable and offers a lot of storage space. I love the zippered pocket on the left shoulder strap and the pocket on the right shoulder strap that's perfect for a small pocket knife. I've had this backpack for a few months now. Here are a few things I noticed: The top handle is pretty soft and durable. It's one of the things I hold onto the most and it must be pretty strong. Also, it keeps its shape quite well. Of course it won't look as edgy and full as it does in the pictures, but the material is stiff enough that it will hold its shape depending on what's inside. The only part that didn't hold up was the leather strip on the front because it attracted my cats. It looks professional so I took it to the office.
