The best part about working with them was their team of experts who were readily available for us throughout our engagement period - they even offered additional services once we had already started work! I liked best about Kroll is how they are quick and efficient when addressing our IT issues. They have proven to be good partners from day 1. The biggest thing I disliked about Kroll is their billing cycle time. It took them over 60 days after completing an engagement to finalize my invoice, which was not helpful when we were looking for a new provider.
