Krud Kutter is amazing and I highly recommend it.

I struggled with the cat litter trick, but the spray paint cured for several days. I tried the Krud Kutter this week and within a day the paint had set enough for me to erase with regular trash. Pretty amazing. No need to wait to clean extra paint cans.

  • Absolutely Amazing!

Excellent paint remover

If you are wondering how to get rid of excess paint here is the answer. Mix the Krud Kutter Curing Crystals in a bucket of paint and in a matter of days it will be rock solid and ready to go in any trash can. We used it to remove leftover paint before moving in and it worked like clockwork.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Can't remember

Too expensive and doesn't work well

Pretty hard to mix. And nobody wants to mix old paint anyway, let alone mix it really well with some powdery garbage. I think it would be better if it was liquid. In the end I was able to get it working well enough to get the paint off, but it took a lot longer than I had hoped.

  • Great price

It worked wonderfully! on paint, wall treatments and accessories

Worked great! I've been sketchy on this product from the reviews, but I've made 3 different 3/4 gallon paint cans (of 3 packs) and they all cured very well. I made sure they were all mixed before adding the product, then slowly added the product while stirring. I stirred for 20-30 seconds and then just let it sit. It got very thick after about 30 minutes, but after a few hours I couldn't even put the stick back in.

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Many things

Works perfectly! for interior and exterior paint

The previous owner of the house must have left 40 cans of paint. We've had our own color scheme since we bought the house and I've been trying to figure out how much kitty litter I need to buy to soak up the paint in the cans. Found this product and decided to try it. It works great and turns the paint into a solid in a matter of hours so I can safely dispose of it. Great product and a lot easier than fiddling with kitty litter.

The work is EXCELLENT! on Paint & Primer

I just moved into a new house and the previous owners left a lot of old paint behind. It says each pack is 2/3 gallons so I would put less in half full jars, less in small jars and so on. Worked great! I didn't shake for a long time, just long enough for these crystals to be sort of all over the jars. Left open outside for a few days and they were very tough. Easy easy! Ps: I even had colors from 10 years ago that were disgusting and worked with them too :)

Works as a talisman for interior and exterior paint

So here's my story - I left a garbage bag on my porch (I know) and a crow came down and ripped it apart. Of course the rubbish was disgusting and the food and stuff went EVERYWHERE - to make it even better I noticed after about 2 days. just enough time for the yellow matter and chicken fat to form a nice brownish-yellow puddle at my entrance. Well I'm lucky! Found this, drank about 1 cup - let stand 10 minutes, used heavy outdoor brooms and wa-LA! Crud is no longer needed :-)

  • good cause

Good but takes a lot and works for a long time

I've used this several times to get rid of leftover paint from the previous owner of a house we bought a few years ago. I've used it on glasses that were partially or fully filled. What I've found is that this stuff works, but it 1.) requires a lot of it to work, for a full 1 gallon of paint I had to use two packs, even though it says each pack works 2/3 a gallon of paint , 2.) It takes a long time to work: you will stir it for quite a while before it becomes lumpy/hard. I haven't tried Homax…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
