Kuryakyn 1729 Universal Basket Holder Review

Arrived on time exactly as in the description. The price is a bit high but I decided I need this. Now I have the same driver and passenger seat.

After installation, everything is fine for a while. Installation Soft metal screws with cross slot and head bar if tightened too much. It is then difficult to re-tighten or remove replacement screws, they may need to be drilled out and simply pulled out to troubleshoot problems.

This was an easy replacement for the old holder. Cut the rubber tabs off the old ones and thread the new ones through. Like all motorcycle parts, $30 is probably about twice what it should cost, but still a lot cheaper than replacing the entire assembly.

works very well, i put several different sized water bottles in here, none of them flew out even at high speeds. I also put other miscellaneous things in there as needed like gloves etc and nothing pops out. Works well, looks good, fits big things. Better than many other models I've seen

Great chrome holder with mesh basket. Looks great on my 2017 Indian Roadmaster. It takes a while to get used to looking down and not seeing all the controls on the handlebars, but that's probably more due to the design of the bike, I can't handle all the buttons reach with my thumb, so I have to look down quickly to find the right one.

Works great on my 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit. I tried a cup holder that attaches to the handlebar hitch, but since my handlebars are a rear-facing design, I had to change it to a bolt-on clamp design. Attaching the hitch mount would allow the cup holder to be positioned where the windshield wouldn't block the wind from blowing my cup or bottle.

It took me a while to find the right coaster for my 2017 Indian Roadmaster but this one turned out to be the right choice. It doesn't interfere with the swing of the handlebars and looks like it belongs on a motorcycle. Of course, it provides easy access to my favorite drink (coffee in my case) while I cycle across the country. I would recommend this cup holder to my friends!

I have bought them several times. One for each of my snowmobiles and one for my Harleys. Needless to say, they work great. I was a bit skeptical about the price when I first bought it, but it goes back to the old adage, you get what you pay for. This is a high quality product that is great for water or other containers when I am sledding or cycling. I endorse this product and recommend it to anyone using it on snowmobiles, bikes, motorcycles or jet skis.

I bought the right ones for 1" bars and they fit like a glove! Stays tight over time (as this is the second one I've bought). If you're going to attach something to your bike, do it well!
