I like that it has an easy to use interface, is very flexible in terms of customization options as well as pricing plans offered by the software. The support team can be reached via email or phone at all times which makes things easier when there are issues with your account. The system is very easy to use, it has good visualizations of your labels and their scores which makes understanding the label model really straightforward. It also lets you train models in multiple languages at once. I dislike that there are not many ways to visualize what each label means so sometimes finding out why an existing label was given can be difficult.
