Solid customer service... fast response time

I like that i can call in anytime if something goes wrong, even when it is late at night or early am! The agent always knows what they are talking about. They know how things work so well as far as troubleshooting problems/requirements go. Sometimes its hard for me to get someone who speaks english very good because most of my calls come from people outside our country (Mexico). But other than this there aren't really any downsides. If you have an issue just give us a shout out we will fix…

  • I dislike that when i call in i cant talk to a native english speaker

A Great Platform For Managing Your Phone System

I like that it is easy for me as an administrator, so i can manage all my phone systems from one place! It's also very user friendly when you're trying something new or having problems figuring out how certain features work because of its simplicity in design. One thing about this program though; there are times where everything just freezes up (or slows down) which makes using your system difficult at best. This has been solved by adding more memory into our computers but we were not given any

  • Easy to use interface with quick searches across various menus/functions without missing anything important along those lines.Also provides support via email if necessary..and their customer service team works quickly!!!!!:)

  • Somewhat expensive
  • Not completely stable

Excellent Service from Support Team and CSRs

The support team is very responsive, they are always willing & eager for assistance! They really know what it takes in order to make our network work at its best level possible - not just fix things when something goes wrong but also find ways of improving how we use technology within an organisation as well providing training sessions where needed so that everyone can grow together (and be more productive).   • I dislike that it's a bit expensive and that the service doesn't seem to be all over but more concentrated in certain regions
