They give the impression that you are getting a full round piece of colored wax but they have a flat base so you only get half of what it seems so beware!

Good choice of colours. Easy to mix to get the shade you want. The application was easy. The wax is quite hard, but a regular hair dryer softens it up enough to work with.

I have used this when installing hardwood floors and it was the best kit on the market. I still have and this purchase was for my own floors. I don't even look at other brands, this one works and has every color you will ever need (and if not you can melt/mix them). If this is for your home the kit will likely last for many years.

I love this kit, I no longer buy the touch up kit that comes with my cabinets I install. On my last install, finding a match was a big challenge, but I was still able to match the colors and create a great match, better than what the factory would send (they usually can't even do a simple match color as white). Love. love it love it

I had some big scratches on my light brown wooden floor after moving into my new home. He did a good job of taking his eyes off the scratch and blending it. I would recommend a heat gun to soften it up a bit and experiment with a few different colors to get the right match. It didn't fix the scratch. but it looked good enough not to replace my bottoms. All in all, I will assist you in your purchase and recommend it.

Generally worked well with very dark browns through reddish brown to tan. The hard wax filler can be difficult to get into the holes but I used an Xacto knife to cut off some pieces, worked with my fingers and then inserted into the hole. Sometimes I've just scraped the corner of the stick along the hole, as is usually recommended, but I've found it creates more waste, requires more cleaning, and takes longer than just cutting off a bit and sticking it in the hole. Wide range of colors. We cleaned the carpet in our family room and found a beautiful oak floor with holes drilled along one edge where the metal edge was. Since there were about 15 holes on one edge, we decided to fill in instead of repainting the entire 1st floor. The colors in this set were good but the wax is very hard. It's not a pencil.
