A good tool when used correctly and in conjunction

The platform itself works well with our CRM system which allows us to easily track all of our contacts throughout their journey through lead generation & scoring stages. There are some minor bugs that need ironing out but nothing serious as yet! We have been using this for about 2 years now so we can't really say anything negative at present time. Our biggest challenge was finding an easy way to score new prospects who had not previously engaged or signedup to any other campaigns - Leadoo does

  • Very user friendly
  • Easy integration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Allows you set up "lead" scores in SFDC, meaning leads get assigned different values within your database depending upon how they engage/engage.
  • Highly customisable via drag and drop modules available online from marketo support team.
  • Can be used

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

LeadOO has helped my client tremendously

The customer support team at leadoo are very professional, helpful and approachable. We had one of our first meetings (which took 4 weeks) without an agenda but with no expectations as yet - both parties were open minded! Once we met face to face everything started falling into place in terms that they could see exactly what sort or type of solution would work best for them/ us given their business requirements etc., They have been totally transparent throughout this process so all decisions…
