Great math products for class

I use them daily in my classes. My students can see the week number as 10 frames. We count a number from 1 to 1 while I fill the frame with colorful magnet dots. They are the perfect weight and size. The magnetic quality is excellent. The magnets don't slip and stay right where I put them all day.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Some little things

No extra points for Novelty & Gag Toys

I love this tool and use it in my class as a behavior management strategy (for both teachers and students). Unfortunately there are no extra dots in the pack and one of my students dropped a dot down the air conditioner vent on day 3 so now one is missing. Of course it can still be used, but it would be nice to have a few extras in case an accident is imminent.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

No foam pads - please correct the description

Misleading description - it says foam pads - NO! Everything is cut from magnetic disks. I could buy sheets of sticky craft magnets and add cardboard, cut them out with my Kriekout and get 4+ frames for the same price. Live and learn I guess! Teacher - we all know someone who has a craft cutter :-) These are stunning magnets. No foam discs.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

The perfect tool for home quarantine learning

Wow, I'm impressed! I was trying to find a fun way to host a first grade math class at home during quarantine and I found this. Some reviews complained that the magnets weren't strong enough to stick to the board, but I had no problems with that! It was just what I needed to make them more fun and neat! They are a thin magnet designed to be used on a whiteboard and fully conform to the description.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Crumpled

Essential for every primary school class

As a primary school teacher, one of my favorite products for many years. My new school doesn't offer this product in math kits so I bought my own. With this product you can teach math from kindergarten to second grade. This is a fantastic visual aid for students to learn how to count, add and subtract. For more complex general math, it really helps to show them how to do things with this set of 10 frames.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • No power

Good to see good for magnets and magnetic toys

These 10 frames are big enough for my whole kindergarten class. I like that the dots are two different colors, which helps with adding and subtracting. Kids love to move the dots (sometimes too much). I have to buy 2 more packs because I usually want to do more tasks than just 2. I have acrylic nails and the dots require a little more force to remove from my magnetic easel than I would like. Also, you might want to have a ziploc pack to keep track of the points.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • There are nuances

Hooray, ten shots! fits new toys and gags

I've been using ten frames (and five frames) for almost five years! I believe this is one of the best tools designed to help early learners develop solid numeracy skills! This magnetic kit helped me enable my preschoolers to "see" the equations! They formulate their own equations and "prove" them using ten frames. Important note: Make sure to use them in landscape and portrait format! Make sure you connect both with the written equations.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • clarity

Great handy tool for my grandson!

I bought this set to introduce my four year old grandson to ten frames. This set is identical to those used in nearby elementary schools to teach various math concepts including counting (even more than 10), addition, subtraction, even and odd numbers, calendar skills, etc. I like strong magnets that stick on A magnet can be used whiteboard or even on the fridge. In addition, the parts are very durable and easy to handle with small hands. I am very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Expensive

100% recommendation for novelties and fun toys

I really liked this set! Initially I was a little confused as to what I would get based on the description and other reviews. First let me say that all parts are magnetic. Ten frames included. Some assembly/disassembly will be required upon first receipt of the kit. It arrived in the form of magnetic sheets. You're just circling. The circles have a small square frame around them that can be thrown around, but I looped mine by gluing school photos of the students onto a cardboard backing and…

  • Alright!
