It's easy to use, it has many features (including automatic timesheet creation), there are tons of integrations with other applications/systems - so you can be as granular or broad in your data collection / reporting needs! I wish we could see more historical stats for each employee vs just aggregate totals like how some systems do this now days but overall its been very successful since implementing about 12 months ago at our organization where currently close up 90%+. We just started using this platform to manage our employee's leave, but has been working really well so far! It gives us great visibility into who took what days off each week as we need very little administrative effort (we also have it automated). I like how easy it makes scheduling leave for my team members! It's very straight forward to use, so there are no problems with using this system in any way shape or form (which was our biggest problem when we used another similar service). The ability to see all of my leave requests at one glance, whether they are approved or not!
