An awesome way managing paperwork quickly

The best thing about this software is that it allows you to create documents in both English as well as Spanish, which can be very helpful when dealing with international clients. I also like how simple it is for me to use since most of my work comes from emails or phone calls anyways so having everything at one place really helps! Sometimes there are some glitches where certain words don't show up correctly but that's not too often an issue. If you're looking for something that will help…

  • Being able add new items easily through email instead just using excel files alone without being buggy.it works fast enough!! My only dislike would probably come down more personal preference wise rather thanshort term issues because sometimes its slow loading pages etc..but thats nothing major overall :)

Very useful application with multiple uses

Easy to use. Easy to understand. Great interface. Good search feature. Helpful for all the different aspects of a contract, especially the legal aspects. Good for managing a portfolio of contracts and a great tool for drafting contracts. I have a couple of suggestions. It would be great to have the ability to add comments to the contract and have an automated email sent out to the other party when you have a comment. It would also be great if you could add a custom date stamp to contracts. I…

  • Simple UI/UX nice & simple design.
  • Reasonably priced solution that meets most needs.
  • Works well with Microsoft products eith Linux compatibility (Ubuntu) issues are rare but not unheard of
