Great Product That Has Come A Long Way

It has been very helpful to have something available for us to interact with our clients without having to send someone out physically into the community. We are able to use this tool for both B2B as well as B2C interaction. There is not much I can say about it other than overall it works perfectly for what we need it to do! The features seem endless when you first download them but then you realize how limited they truly are once trying to customize your own workflows. This was a great product

Great solution with many capabilities

The capability to have a user-friendly interface that can be used by even non-technical users is one of my favorite things about live chat software. It's easy to set up, easy to train users, and easy to use. There are some features I wish could be improved upon; however, this isn't too big of an issue. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, then LiveChat should be at the top of your list. We've been able to reduce our phone call rates by over 40%! This has also allowed us to save
