Very good solution and affordable option from Microsoft

I like that we can set up our own color profiles for use with any device printing to us! It is also easy enought be used without IT knowledge or support by anyone in my organization as well (we have only 3 people who need access). The interface could look more modern/professional but it's ok at this time - not too fancy looking so users don't think of using other solutions when they see an unfamiliar system being presented them upon initial login after installation has been completed; however…

Pros
  • Easy enough operation, simple setup & implementation process along wth good customer service from vendors whenever issues arise during normal daily operations.also great cost savings compared o nother expensive alternatives especially when considering large scale implementations across multiple locations throughout entire organizations
Cons
  • Some little things

Pros
  • The flexibility, low installation costs vs expensive hardware investments required; integration into existing environments without major rework needed if migrating from old technologies already used within business environment
Cons
  • Some difficulties
