Microsoft Customer Insights- Great Product, Excellent Support

I like that it is intuitive with many options for customization as well! The support team are very friendly & helpful when you need them most!! It's hard at times figuring out what features they have available but after reading about each one in detail we can make an informed decision regarding which option will work best/provide value within our business needs. There isn't anything really i dislike or would wish was different other than maybe some more training provided by MSFT so people could

Easy Solution To Build A Robot Processes For Your Salesforce

The customer support team is very responsive in resolving any issues that may arise during implementation. I have not seen anything dislike about this solution so far. It's easy to use. It integrates with several different modules within our CRM and has a simple way to customize it from scratch. We have been able to automate many processes within the organization as well. Great product for those who are looking for a fully tested out solution. I highly recommend this software to others…

  • Very good, reliable automation system used by over 20k users worldwide! Easy integration into other systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics AX/CRM etc., great user interface (UX) design & intuitive logic flow / workflows makes process customization quick&easy even without coding experience at all !!!
