Great Platform for Text Messaging with Excellent Customer Service

The ability to manage the flow of emails and text messages from a single platform is great. It allows us to see all of our messages at once and also to track our open and click rates. The system is very easy to navigate and the team is very responsive. The platform is very easy to use and has a lot of flexibility. I am not a very technical person, so I do not know what I would do if I did not have the help of the team. I am able to easily send text and email messages to my customers and track…

Great experience overall and looking forward for continued success

The ability to pull data into our CRM system as well as have access through mobile devices was very helpful! We had challenges with some of their older features not working correctly or being outdated/irrelevant but those issues were quickly resolved by contacting support staff directly via phone call (which we really appreciated). Would love if they could provide better customer service options during peak hours - e.g., providing agents who are knowledgeable about your account so you don't…

Great for communicating & tracking social media presence

I like how easy it was using this tool compared to my previous software used with another brand/company. The price of $99 does not seem too high considering what you are purchasing once signed up through their website or mobile app. There were times when we would have multiple staff members try connecting but they couldnt find us as we're hosted internally within our internal network (we run servers).
