MailVault Review

I like that it is easy to set up with our other mail solutions, but when something goes wrong (like an outage) we are able to recover quickly without having to rely on someone else's services. Not much as far as dislike aspects go. The dashboard has never been very intuitive or well designed so there have not really been many problems from me personally. I like how easy it is to set up, configure & manage your account with them! They have an excellent customer service team that will help you get setup quickly if needed (it's very responsive). It would be nice for there was more integration between their services - but not much of a deal breaker as they do offer other integrations too such as Dropbox/Google Drive which are great options in themselves anyways so no biggie here either way. I like that it is easy to set up, works great with Gmail accounts (and other providers), has an excellent interface for searching archived mail messages & attachments within my organization's account(s).
