Very good Decision Analytics Tool to analyse your Business Performance

The best part is that we have been able understand our customer behaviour through this model which has helped us improve many aspects! I dislike nothing about it as such but one thing would be adding some features like how often does an advertisement/market research impact sales or vice versa!! Great analytics system with many features

The ability to use the model as a decision maker. It is quite easy to understand and it has great functionality. The interface does not look that great and it is quite difficult to find the exact information that you are looking for. The software is quite expensive. The pricing it so high that customers do not like it at all. It is best to stick to other options like Google Analytics.
