I like that it allows me to stay connected with other businesses in my industry, as well as provide social media updates for clients who are listed there! I like that it's easy to setup alerts for my favorite keywords or hashtags, as well there are some great reports you can create using their API also! Their support team has been very helpful in getting me set up with everything correctly so far; they have not disappointed thusfar at all!! I like that there are so many different ways to be alerted, but at the same time it's easy to configure what you want to see as well! You can set up notifications for mentions in any of our social profiles or forums, which makes them super useful for monitoring conversations about us outside of our website/blog. I like that it lets me know if my clients are talking about our business in their posts, but also gives stats as to how many times mentions were made of each post or hashtag we use for marketing purposes.
