Easy to use with lots of features at your fingertips

I like how easy it is for my clients' users can see their own campaigns in real time as they are sending them out across multiple channels including SMS Text Messaging & Email Marketing - also great option would be having an app or mobile friendly website so user's don't have this problem! Sometimes we need more details about why some things didn't work when creating our new campaign from scratch (like what errors were seen) but overall everything has been good thus far!!   • Great customer service reps that will go above n beyond whenever possible with any questions asked :)

Pros
  • Great user interface.
  • Has very good support (via email) and also through live chat and video calls.
  • The tool does not cost money as long as you pay for your enterprise license (which includes support).
Cons
  • No APIs or BI tools.
  • So, if you add a column, then later delete that column, you must recreate the view again.
  • If you want to change one of the views, you must recreate the whole view.
