Messaging platform is extremely helpful and easy-to use

We have been using messagely since it's inception last year in our ecommerce website (we are one of their early adopters). It has helped us solve two problems; first was how we could communicate with customers who were not able to see what products they liked/were interested by clicking through product pages only. Pros
  • The ability from having different ways messaging can be implemented is an enormous plus, especially given all 3 channels available
  • Also good news i saw recently where mobile carriers will begin charging less fees once monthly bill amount exceeds certain limit.
Cons
  • Some little things

Great way for businesses and individuals alike

I like how simple it makes chatting with our customers easy! It's very intuitive - not at all confusing or too techy looking. Pros
  • Makes communication between business partners much easier
  • Easy for users without technical knowledge.
  • Very user friendly, even when used by nontechnical folks :)
Cons
  • Not many options available yet
  • A bit price
