Description of MetaRouter

MetaRouter is a Customer Data Infrastructure built for companies that care about performance, compliance, and control. By using MetaRouter to collect data and route it to any third-party marketing, adtech or analytics tool, you eliminate the need for browser tags that slow down your website and create inconsistency across vendors. Additionally, by handling the data yourself, you ensure your own security and compliance standards are upheld. While we have a PaaS or licensing option, most organizations prefer private cloud deployment, which restricts all third-party access, even MetaRouter's, and eliminates risk.

Type of review

The ability of being able use our existing tools (exchange) without having to worry if they will work with other systems in future! Great support from both product teams - we have had very quick responses when issues arise & always receive updates as soon as new features become available which makes life easier than dealing directly w/ tech providers who often don't listen well enough to feedback given at an early stage.- not really anything I dislike but would like more customisation options…

  • Integration into office365 for mail flow, calendar integration is great too user friendly interface that allows you navigate easily between various screens / functions within ERP system; has some useful builtin reporting capabilities also

Great Platform & Outstanding Customer Support

The ease of use and the fact that the software integrates with a variety of marketing platforms makes it a great product. The customer support is also excellent. I would like to see the ability to have one-to-one conversations with our clients. I would also like to see an option to create campaigns that are not one-way. The platform itself has many features which make managing an omni channel strategy much more simple! I love how inbound traffic can be segmented into channels allowing me personalize my message within each of those categories as well provide insights/reports with our customers' engagement over time (not just at one point). In some cases we have seen reports delayed up to 2 weeks meaning not all updates were rolled out until then - something worth noting when planning campaigns. Also there needs
