What is really nice about this program are that it's easy enough I can use with my team but also has tools in place so someone without much experience will be able help as well if needed.- The ability when using multiple people at once- Is easier than having one person monitor everything because we have our own little office now where everyone works together which made things more efficient! The best part about metro monitor is that it's completely free!
