I liked that it was easy to use, had great customer service if needed (they answered all my questions quickly), allowed me as an admin user control of who could see what surveys they were taking/completing in order for them not be able access other people's information; which is important when you are trying work with children or students at times where their security needs may need protecting from others viewing things online without permission - so this worked really well! The surveys are great! We do not have to hire someone else as we can do it all via our mobile team ourselves. Sometimes our customers don't receive surveys after taking them, so it forces us to resend later. I would like to see some analytics on this in front of me. This is for my business so that I can get feedback from people about their experiences with us once they take a survey.
