I like the many tiers but I don't like two things. 1) The ground bars are so close to the ground that nothing can be hung from them without touching the ground. 2) The steps are not very long (wide) at all - not even the width of a t-shirt (hence all crumpled dry).

This is a huge upgrade from my fiancé's dainty 1980's wooden counter which our dog destroyed (thank goodness!) giving us reason for an upgrade. Worth every penny, we wash about 4 loads a week and we have a lot of delicate items so our clothes last longer. People who say it leaves marks should get their clothes wet. We use ours from the machine and it works great with no issues.

It's bigger than I thought it could be and you can hang a lot of things on it, but it's not wide enough to hang big clothes on it. But what I really dislike is that the wire used to hang the clothes is close to a wire hanger. So when you hang wet clothes on it, it creates a deep groove in the clothes where they rest on the wires.
