You need to put a thin plastic sheet between the glass and the screws to make the shelf stronger. It also looks good and meets my needs for a shelf.

The template provided should be the same size as the shelf so you can make it completely flat from wall to wall. One of the silver bars was also bent. It will still work, but I'm noticing it even though the guest might not

I want so badly to give 5 stars but the mounting brackets are the weak link, they bend and then the shelf starts to slide out, we can send a man and a woman to the outer space but it seems we can't make a simple solid wall mount, and the funny thing is, it's not rocket science!

Regardless, I'm ordering another one because I love the look and it's perfect for my needs.

The screws that attach the rails to the shelf are too short to hook into the rail tube. Cannot be installed with the included hardware. The railing tube is so thin that thread engagement is kept to a minimum. If a longer screw is not screwed in to secure the railing, it will not mount at all. I love the design of this shelf. It disappoints me that a manufacturer can spend pennies more to provide the right length screws for the railing.

This is a very nice glass wall shelf with rail. I only gave it four stars instead of five because I have to tighten the two screws that hold the glass shelf to the wall brackets from time to time. Other than that, it's a good shelf that's easy to install. I used store bought anchors to make sure it stayed on the drywall. The handrail keeps items well on the shelf and adds a stylish element to the bathroom.

I've had this shelf for about a year and over time the shelf tilted more and more. The screws that hold the shelf in the brackets press directly on the glass, so I put rubber bumpers in the bracket to hold the glass better.
