This gauge is very easy to use and understand.

I used this gauge to check the recirculation box in my air conditioner. Since it was wooden, I wanted to know if it gets wet regularly. The meter worked very well and was easy to read and understand.

    Easy to use, great counter.

I wanted to test the moisture content of some of the woods I use. I needed to know if it was dry enough to paint or if I had to wait for it to dry. The counter works great and couldn't be easier to use. He will also check other materials like drywall if you need to determine if they got wet. Easy to use, cheap and great customer service.

    Excellent customer service

I bought one of these gauges because I suspected water was leaking from under my hardwood floor. The item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It was easy to use and I tested it in several spots around the house before checking the floor. All questions were promptly answered by company representatives quickly and efficiently. Will definitely recommend this company.

So convenient and easy to use!

I live in Florida where the humidity from frequent rain and wet weather always seems to find a way to seep into everything! Now I have a way to check anytime, find potential damage, and fix it before it gets worse. It's a handy little device that's easy to use (and I don't know much about tools!) and the results are quick and easy to read. The packaging is also clean and pretty.

    Worked as intended

The gauge worked to test drywall for moisture in drywall under paint where there was evidence of a previous leak. Metal dowels can be driven into drywall, but be aware that the metal dowels will leave small holes that will need patching if you have to dive into the moisture test. I knew this was going to happen so it wasn't a problem for me.

    very accurate and works great

This gauge is great, hits the spot when it gives very accurate readings. And very versatile. You can switch the mode between different types of wood and also use it during construction to check if the wall or drywall is leaking. I recommend this product to anyone doing woodwork or even renovating homes with leaking pipes to find the exact location of the leak and moisture. I would definitely buy another one.

    Very Useful Best Moisture Meter

We have just moved into a new old house and have done some renovations. One evening after a violent storm, a puddle of water formed under the window. The outer caulk around the window seemed to help, but then I noticed that the inner trim around the window was "swollen". A colleague at work suggested I buy a moisture meter and take a look. I have made. I found that the drywall under the window was about 23%: this was evidenced by the sagging of the paper on the drywall. After a few minutes of…
