Not bad for a $40 jacket, I'd say it's better for warmer day rides. Ventilation is good, landing is not bad. a little long and baggy on the arms. Good padding and decent pockets. Seemed to sell out quickly so I'm glad I was able to pick one up!

It looks chunky at first glance, but once you put it on it fits perfectly and you'll find that it's great quality. I am surprised by the design of a simple and fitting summer jacket. As the saying goes, if you wear something underneath, you don't need a winter jacket. I'm not sure if it will withstand the rain. This is the best investment for summer riding. Lightweight, easy to wear and easy to care for. Hope to use it for years. Thank you for such a great product at an affordable price.

I was hesitant to buy a $39 jacket with no reviews but glad I did. It has a strong zip, fits as it should, well ventilated mesh. It appears to be very well made. I rode to work on a chilly morning wearing long sleeves over a t-shirt. The ride home was much warmer but the light color and ventilation kept me comfortable. The armor on the back was uncomfortable and I took it off like any other jacket. I'm very glad I bought it and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if needed.

Extremely comfortable and light. Good airflow and great performance up to 85 degrees on track (humid climate) but great road feel no matter the temperature. Almost on par with expensive brands and to be honest I wear this jacket more than any of my other jackets. For $40 which isn't that much you get; A jacket that is great for 70 degree plus weather. Very well ventilated. Pretty solid padding, the padding on the shoulders is good but the padding on the elbows and forearms is even better. Thanks to the adjustments, it is very easy to achieve the fit you want. I really needed a warm jacket and it fits perfectly. I ordered a size up from my usual jacket size and was glad I did - lets me layer underneath if I need to - Colorado weather can change very quickly! Good fit and finish, good styling and the armor feels solid. I bought both this jacket and the WD Miami Mesh jacket. Here's my comparison: both use a YKK zip, but the Alpha jacket uses a more durable version - see image. Also, like women's clothing, the zipper on the WD jacket is upside down. The Alpha jacket uses elbow and shoulder pads that are each approximately 2 to 3 inches longer than the pads on the WD jacket.
