I'm not sure if it's the computer, windows, drivers or card. The card works fine on Linux (I use Linux drivers though). When I use Windows 10 Pro, from time to time the computer just shuts down and restarts (sometimes it didn't happen for days). I ended up having to pull out the card and just use the onboard Intel graphics on this Dell i3 SFF PC. Given 3 stars due to uncertainty.

Original Review: This is a decent cheap graphics card with decent performance, but my fan is quite noisy. I work in a room with five desktops next to my desk, and this graphics card's fan is the loudest in the room. Maybe this is an isolated case, maybe not, but I will replace this card with another one. What a great little card. When I first opened the (poorly sealed) box, I was a bit concerned as I immediately saw that the card was attached to a wide profile bar for a wider PC case. Replacing the high profile connector with the included low profile connector was quick and easy, allowing it to fit in my small Gateway PC case.
