fun swimming! - Toys for babies and toddlers

These animal shapes are very funny in the bath and shower. They're a lot bigger than I expected, which is good. My toddler loves to mix and match animals to create fun new animals and other random shapes. I'm not entirely sure how to clean them or prevent mold (there aren't any yet but there have been others) but I will try to wash and dry them thoroughly once a week to prevent this. I will definitely buy again and/or give away!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Have fun swimming!

All the kids had fun with them - from the smallest to the biggest (1+ to 8) and even before putting them in the bath they had a box and used it as a puzzle on the table matching the box and then create all sorts of silly creatures with mixed parts. A simple yet fun toy to help teach animal colors and shapes and there's nothing quite like a 3 year old working on elephant or hippo pronunciation! Best of all, everyone can play with them in the bath together and they love them!

Just enough to write stupid stuff

This little letter is good - you can write an amazing amount with a set of letters and a zero from a set of numbers. The letters O and 0 are the same in this set. Please Note: The foam will stink when you first get it. One application in the bathroom is enough to get rid of the smell. They stick to walls well enough with texture too. They probably won't stay on the wall overnight unlike some other foam sticks. I want there to be a string of lower case letters. I had fun figuring out the longest

Pros
  • One year probationary period
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

I will not buy again: bath toy

Neat. Not as good as the last brand/type we had though. The other type had colorful patterns printed on the front of the numbers and letters. This set is blank making it difficult to decipher the numbers and letters on the front. The pattern on the front gives a clue so kids don't stick them upside down. Printed fronts help children succeed more independently, so parents don't have to correct them as often, which helps build trust and build respect. Also the font is not very suitable for some…

useful and attractive/low maintenance toy

I was worried it might be too abstract but the 2 year old picked up all the animal names very quickly and seems to enjoy it. PRO - Easy to clean, fun colors, attractive design, many shapes in one package. Cons - they don't stick to our tub that well - don't know why. In any case, one thing is that the surface should be flat, the pieces are quite hard so as not to form a curved surface. The little explorer also likes to bite into it. They are easily pierced and obviously not a "self-healing"…

Wonderful ABCs and # for the bathroom!

Very happy with the quality of these bath ABCs and # for my son to be creative and educated while playing while bathing. Once they float with the water, they stay/stick perfectly to the bathtub wall. The colors are solid and there is a nice variety when studying the hues. They found no unwanted traces after the end of the season. They dry well in the toy basket after each use. When I decided it was time for a quick wash, it was an easy process. I bought a set for my nephew as they were amazing…

Sticks well to our bathtub/tile

My son loves to play with this (and chews so we have to be careful!) He loves baths because we give him some toys to make it fun. I think they would make a fun gift if you know the recipient hasn't had one of these before. Oh yeah I didn't see any paint residue on our tub or the tiles, but different people have different shower materials. I saw several reviews about it so I was concerned. The bathroom where we bathe our son does not have real tiles in the shower. It is so. single shower screen…

Great toy for all ages. In and out of the bath.

Fantastic bath toy. Excellent quality. No thin foam. They stick to the wall. They are easy to clean. Great gifts for any child. I bought these for my 1 year old. She loves throwing them in the bathtub. A swimmer and they're easy for her to pick up. Bright colors. Smooth foam. I think my daughter especially loves to chew on it. However, they have teeth marks. She didn't swallow them. But they leave marks on the foam. They are very durable. She's been chewing on a styrofoam letter for over an…

Development of activity + entertainment!

My daughter is around 20 months old. She is fascinated by these letters, which seem to magically stick to the other side of the tub. She LOVES the alphabet song and reading books with me so it really is perfect. (I think I should mention I'm a pediatric occupational therapist as that gives my review a little more credibility haha) AE and 1-3+T at the moment because she loves cats lol and wants to spell it. As she puts each letter in the bath, we say the letter or number, and for the letters we…
