Overall easy interface & quick turnaround time for customer service

I love everything about this software! It's so simple that anyone can use it once they've been trained by one of our great support team members at Travel Leaders Group (TLG). The system also allows you to track your performance using KPIs which are very helpful in improving upon them every day. Nothing really comes across as negative from my experience with TLGSolutions or its staff - just fantastic people who will help answer all questions we have related to business operations and training…

Very easy & user friendly system especially designed keeping small businesses needs

The best thing about this software is its ease of use with all basic account functions such as payment remittance, credit notes etc. It has saved our business some good amount of money that would have gone in manual handling. There are no issues we can point out here but I wish it had more modules like accounting tools so there will be lesser chances of errors or data loss due to human error. We've been using this software since last 3 years and never faced any issue regarding updates and…

Great alternative if using inbox does take too long

The best thing is that it works on your smartphone. No need to download data on mobile phone. The only thing I like is that it's more expensive. I've been looking for an application which has the same functions as the original application but in a simpler way. This application works on mobile and I can check my tasks on the go.
