Excellent Customer Support - A must if you need great customer assistance

I like how easy it is for our team members to work with IT when problems arise or questions are asked about the product. Our staff has learned that they can trust NetSurgent and rely upon their expertise. The support response time could be faster! Sometimes there isn't enough information in one of the logs to understand why something happened but we were able to find out what caused an issue by asking another user who had seen issues similar to ours previously.   • Support responsiveness/expertise at hand every step along way, including escalations if needed.
  • Customer Service follow up after call completion.
  • Very few false positives
  • Mostly malware detections; very little actual threat protection as such was required beyond basic AV functionality due its high detection rate.+ Great customer communication+ Updates provided quickly before fixes reach users' devices + Easy upgrade management process via portal
