Oily, poor consistency, blue

This product is nothing more than an SPF-free hydroboost. I don't know if mine is broken or not. It's literally BLUE and much more watery and oily than their main product. I could pour the lotion out of the jar if I wanted to. It was all over the place when I first used it because I was used to a more gel-like product. I like hydraulic boosters because I can feel them entering my face. This product feels like it's sitting on my skin and suffocating my pores. Uncomfortable and unreliable under…

Works well on my extremely oily skin

I've spent a lot of money on a variety of moisturizers to find one that works well with my oily, sometimes acne-prone skin. Every time I've tried a product that claims to be made for oily skin I've always been disappointed as they all leave my skin feeling greasy and add oil to an already oily complexion. Then I tried Neutrogena Hydro Boost. Hallelujah! AT LAST. A moisturizer that keeps my skin hydrated and not greasy at all. Add in built-in sunscreen and you have my daytime moisturizer that I…

I love this potion sunscreen/lotion

I love this sunscreen. It feels incredibly light, leaves a noticeable dewy glow and absorbs instantly. I have oily skin so I really don't like gloss and there is nothing in it that makes me look oily. It also has no mica and is like a translucent (not see-through) water gel - think the consistency of hair gel squeezed out of a tube. It feels very cool on the skin and at first I was afraid my mineral makeup wouldn't stick. It set in after a short wait and I've had no issues with makeup…

My face was burning and sore

I use the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream all the time as I decided to switch to this cream for the SPF supplement. Big mistake, my face burned and I got very sick. I will definitely not buy this cream again.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Something different

Great but not enough

Like other HydroBoost products, Neutrogena hits the mark with this product. But for such a high price you only get 3/4 what you get for the water gel moisturizer with no SPF and I have always complained that the water gel moisturizer is too small for the price. So I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight, well hydrating sunscreen, whether you live in the city or not. But one can reconsider if the price is an obstacle, as it is with me.

Everything is OK. in Skin Care

I have the original Neutrogena Hydro Boost and love it so much I was thrilled to see it with SPF! Even if I'm a little disappointed. Although it moisturizes well, it leaves my skin quite oily in just a few hours. I personally don't mind an oily face if I'm just going to the lake or somewhere and need to protect my face from the sun, but wearing it under makeup on a regular day isn't great. The shine it causes seeps through my makeup. Although the smell of sunscreen is not very common, which is…

The best sunscreen

I love this moisturizer! I wish I had tried that sooner. It's so light and jelly-like that you barely feel it when you dip your finger into it. I was afraid it would leave a greasy residue like my other moisturizers, but it dries almost matte but with no tension! Your skin just feels moisturized and good. After putting it on I don't even know if it's there, it's so light. I love SPF because I'm too lazy to add an extra step to my morning routine. I will buy this again and again! I also have to…

Feels great on the skin.

I love this gel because it is refreshing and leaves no residue. Gently applied, the face appears clean and rested. Sunscreen is great (SPF25). I would buy again.

Essential AM Moisturizer

This is my favorite AM moisturizer. It's thin but not runny. As a result, it glides, can be distributed very well and absorbs quickly. It also pairs well with other products in my skincare routine. It has good sun protection with SPF 25. I always feel well hydrated when using this product. It has a slight smell, but dissipates quickly after application. It gives my skin a radiant, dewy look after application. And since a little goes a long way, I get 1x daily use of this jar for at least two…
