I really enjoy using this program, it has been very beneficial for our business! It’s so much easier than other tools we used in the past which was very inefficient. The customer support also is fantastic! They are always willing to help you if there is an issue or question that arises during the day to day use of the software. I like that it's easy for me to use, even if I'm not very tech-savvy! It makes sending out press releases so much easier than having to manually type them all in myself! The only thing I dislike about this software is how slow it can be at times when you're trying to get responses back from journalists or editors. The user interface of this software can be easily understood by an average person, it has all options that you need in one place which makes my work easy as well for me! I wish there was some other features like advanced filters or data export option but they are pretty good otherwise!! I like how easy it was for me as an intern/new hire at this organization, because there were no previous processes in place that we had to learn or get familiarized with before being able use them. It would be nice if they made some of their features available online so people could access without having to go into our office each day (which can sometimes feel overwhelming).
