I paid $45 to program 2 keys. I've already had them cut by a (real) locksmith for $8. I did a YouTube version and they didn't start the car until AA Locksmith did their thing with computer programming hardware. I watched a YouTube video on how to program it on my Nissan Rogue and the programming was quick and easy. Also with other Nissans. It works really well, I didn't have a button on my original key fob and the screw was missing as well. Seems a little cheap as plastic but sturdy, I replaced the internal electrical parts with my original key fob, the missing button fitted my original key fob with ease, as did the small screw holding the key. I recently bought a used 2009 Nissan Rogue SL from a dealer who only had a car key. Knowing Revain had these blank keys, I arranged that if I brought two keys at my own expense, the dealer would cut and program the fob at his expense.
