I love the idea behind Novamind, but I'm finding that the tool itself is pretty clunky.

I love the idea behind Novamind, but I'm finding that the tool itself is pretty clunky. For starters, I was able to create a new account within 2 minutes, but it took me 10 minutes to upload the first image, and another 15 minutes to add text. Once I had uploaded the first image, I could see a few other people who had already created accounts. But the fact that I couldn't use my existing Google Drive account means that I can't share my creations. It's hard to get around this, because if you…

  • I like how it makes creating maps easy, and the ability to do that without having to install software is great.
  • The ability to share and collaborate easily is nice
Cons
  • No visuals.
  • Hard to find things
  • Can't export anything except PNGs, so if you want to use the Maps feature you'll have to download them yourself

Novamind is a collaborative web application that allows users to create and edit documents online.

What made us use Novamind was that we found it intuitive and easy to use. However, we also found that the amount of customization we could make to each individual project (themes) was limited. On the plus side, once we got past the initial learning curve, it was pretty easy to navigate. We had a few projects going on simultaneously so we used it to collaborate with our co-workers. Novamind is a free online tool that helps you organize your thoughts and ideas.

Novamind has changed my life! I use it every single day and love it. It helps me see connections between topics and events I am interested in. It is great for creating playlists for myself, or finding new things to read. My favorite feature is that it organizes things into folders - perfect for keeping track of projects. It's been around since 2014 so I haven't had any trouble with bugs, etc. Support is responsive and helpful. They helped me get back into organizing after my move. It really…

Novamind is a great tool for brainstorming and visualizing ideas.

One of my favorite tools on HubSpot, Novamind allows you to create mind maps. It’s so helpful to visualize ideas visually and even share them with others. My team and I have used Novamind multiple times throughout the past year. I am amazed how quickly we are able to come up with solutions to problems when we use Novamind together.
