Octopus Suite is simple & user friendly, best of all you need nothing more installed

It's very easy to use as it works just like an app in our phone! There are many options available so not much I dislike about this software other than its price point (it should be cheaper). The customer service support can sometimes seem slow but they do get back quickly when needed or if there isn't anyone else around who could help out right away - we've had issues where people have been off work sick/on vacation etc., though these instances were rare overall compared what others said…

  • Has great mobile capabilities which make things easier during busy times.
  • Allows you manage your business easily via smartphone, tablet devices..etc.
  • Can take orders directly through computer without having any problems at all

Smooth transactions without glitches

The best feature I love about this software is their customer support team! There's never an issue too big or small to get fixed by them very quickly - they are always willing/able to help in whatever way possible when needed. Their live chat does not work properly sometimes so make sure it works while chatting with someone if using chat option (it doesn't seem to be working all through). They don't have any specific integration issues like others mentioned here but maybe because our store was…

The ideal POS Solution: Octopus POS

I like how easy it is to set up stores, multiple locations, etc. There are also many different payment options. It can be very complicated if you do not know what you're doing, but luckily there is help available. Sometimes they can take a little while to get your store set up correctly. Be prepared to spend some time learning all about your software before using it for real. There is nothing I dislike specifically, this software is great!
