Description of OneLook Systems

Our Management Of Change module is an electronic system that helps clients streamline the process for recording and electronically managing the change control process. MOC can be fully customized to replicate existing change control processes used on site.It allows for the tracking, approval and reporting of all outstanding change controls. The system allows for the removal of paper inefficiencies and replaces them with collaborative online workflow based screens. This allows users to submit major or minor change requests and push associated tasks for approval and closure.

Great tool when working remotely! Great tool overall!!

I like how easy it was set up (no training needed) as well as having access 24/7 from anywhere via web browser if need arises! It's very helpful when you're out at lunch time because then there are no interruptions during work hours - great thing about this program too since we have multiple offices around our state!! Sometimes certain fields would not come across correctly so make sure your inputting things carefully but other than just checking spelling mistakes nothing really comes along…

  • Easy layout with intuitive navigation, buttons or icons that one doesn't get confused over what they should be doing next in order for their searches / info retrieval process.
  • Excellent search functionality where searching is concerned whether by keyword type terms OR exact information matches
  • Accessible any day anytime online through internet explorer regardless computer statuses

Easy Management Tool For Employee Security

It is quite flexible and easy to use. You can set up multiple types of permissions so you don't need a lot of manpower to administer this application. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a more secure software as compared to others out there because of it's ease of setting up. Easy access & customization options available via software application are what I like most about this program from one look systems&ltbr/p> It has made my life easier when it comes down changing files within documents because everything was so organized easily!
