🎒 OneTrail Heather Daypack for Children and Adults Review

This little bag has really exceeded all expectations. It's lightweight and has plenty of room inside with the perfect number of pockets. It's very comfortable on both my 5'3 and my husband's 6'4 (it's even small enough for my 1.5 year old to carry). One day I grabbed this instead of a diaper bag and never came back. 4 stars only because the zippers open and close with little effort, but have gotten better over time.

We bought two of these backpacks for a trip to WDW. My husband was supposed to have one, but our daughter picked it up right away! It's a small backpack but just what we were looking for to carry some snacks and essentials (key card, phone, folded raincoat). I LOVE this backpack! I use it as my EDC, everyday wear. Perfect size and very nice appearance. I turned grey. Since I mainly use it as a wallet, I didn't like the large logo patch on the front, but it was very easy and clean to remove. I don't recommend this for kids as the zippers are tricky to use and you need two hands. I've been looking for a backpack in a size that's comfortable to carry for long periods of time in zoos, parks, museums, traveling, etc. Also, I needed two water bottles with slots for holders (on the sides) to carry water for me and my 5 year old. I was looking for a small backpack that can be used for short trips and trips with the kids when we don't need a big diaper bag. That's great! Bought for a day trip/study trip. I like the turquoise color, the size of the bag and its simplicity. As you can see from the photo, large water bottles fit comfortably in the side mesh pockets. Front of backpack: The smaller zippered compartment has multiple organization pockets. I have an iPhone XR and it doesn't fit in an organization's pocket. I have hiked a lot more (3 to 8 miles per walk) in this area of the national park since COVID restrictions. My 8L sling didn't fit as the weather got warmer and I wanted more water on the trail.
